Introduces diners to the narrative behind Vietnamese cuisine and local ingredients. The menu is named with only one word, evoking different thoughts, much like the versatile word "đồng" in Vietnamese. Throughout this culinary journey, guests will savor dishes created from humble and familiar ingredients deeply rooted in Vietnamese culture, from rural to urban areas.

It’s a culinary journey inspired by sweet childhood memories. With a high respect and inspiration from our home food, embracing recollections of childhood games, we aim to bring a high interactive experience to the table with a new approach to familiar dishes, and, we hope, diners somehow feel related and connected to their younger-self days.

Chef’s Menu 2.0

Launched on a special occasion - just right after Tết and one day before Valentine’s. The main inspiration to create this menu is Mâm Ngũ Quả (Vietnamese traditional five-fruit tray including soursop, figs, coconut, papaya, and mango), not even mention the family gathering custom that it also encompasses. Though telling a story or meaning behind each dish, we spread an encapsulated message and hope for a fulfilling year ahead.

Rice, a beloved staple of our nation. At the heart of our Chef’s Menu 1.0, rice serves as the foundation for each dish, reimagined from traditional Vietnamese specialties and familiar favorites. With a touch of unlimited creativity and an array of contemporary ingredients, we offer a fulfilling culinary experience through different perspectives of the young team dedicated to Vietnamese cuisine.

As the lights of the Chef’s Table shine for the first time, brimming with excitement, pride, and a hint of nervousness, we present “That’s Rice!” as our warm welcome, an invitation to a housewarming for all our guests.
